History

 The Hostellerie du Pt St Bernard invites in a journey through time and history. Since the beginning of the 20th century, this authentic hotel is an inescapable place in the crossroads of the high Alpine passes and the Italian border. Formerly, the Hostellerie was a stage for the diligences and travellers and had an activity from April to November.

Then later, with the first skilift at the beginning of the 60s, the hotel gets modernized while keeping authenticity, and since is opened all year long.
Today, at the Hostellerie, our guests are skiers as well as diverse national ski team for trainings, the cyclists in the discovery of passes as well as the professionals teams in location of the Tour de France, motorcyclists, walkers and more. The Hostellerie also has to accommodate the French football team during the preparation for the world cup 98 and for the European championship 2000.
